BROCKTON —For the third time in 15 months, a Brockton man with gang ties is facing gun charges after being arrested for leading officers on a car chase in the city Friday afternoon, police said.
The Enterprise said members of the Brockton Police Major Crimes Unit and undercover detectives were conducting electronic and visual surveillance of Patrick Brandao, 24, of 85 Tribou St., Apt. 27. Brandao was wearing a court-ordered electronic GPS ankle bracelet.

How many times was he convicted?
“They” want your gun,
not his!
I am sure he is innocent/s
Innocent people always lead cops on car chases/s
And are member of gangs/s
And have illegally possessed weapons/s
That’s just it.
If it were you and I, our bail would have been revoked on the second incident pending a trial.
He’s obviously a menace to the public.
He may be out again now...

That’s a reasoned point, but why don’t they revoke bail and keep him locked up. He’s clearly a public threat.
As I said to someone else, he may be out right now cruising for a fourth violation.
Why?
Brockton is, oh how to put it..., a city facing many challenges.
It has really gone downhill since.

When I lived in Ma. There was a mandatory one yr. prison term for carring a gun. Wonder what happened?
Did he belong to the street gang “Paul Revere and the Raiders”? Or was it “Obama’s Mau Mau Gang”?
I guess he’s going to get free tuition to Harvard after this latest armed plea for help.

Heads need to roll (figuratively speaking) at the FBI. How did this guy pass a background check or did he slide through on the “infamous gun show loophole”? We’re talking right in the middle of “gun grabber territory” .... what’s going on here ... a DOJ gun running sting?
Now if these ankle tethers contained a small explosive charge....
Just look for the guy screaming in pain and hopping up and down on one foot.
