Canuck Teddy should have resolved his NBC issue BEFORE he announced.

The fact he chose to not get a JD is indicative that he knew he was NOT an NBC (i.e. not born on US soil).

Canuck Teddy’s subsequent decisions to unite with Glenn Beck and approve the dispicable “Voter Violation” mailer is further proof he’s not ready for prime time - now or perhaps never.

For me, when Canuck teddy voted for the Corker/Iran Nukes bill was the definitive moment I lost all confidence as he showed himself to be just another establishment “go along to get along” hack in addition to being anti-American and anti-Israel by arming Iran with nukes.

Trump knows how to handle people like Wallace. He was Wallace 9 mos ago so he can manipulate the conversation as well as disarm.

Wallace got all huffy about the Ivanka having her baby in Iowa for votes and Trump simply said, as you know that was a joke...very good.

-- There are exclusions for US bases and Ambassadors out of country or receive a Senate waiver --

The only exclusion a court recognizes is diplomats and some of the entourage that swirls around them. US military bases abroad are "not in the US" as a matter of law, so persons born there become citizens by naturalization. The Senate doesn't have the power to amend the constitution either. It can say "a naturalized person is not naturalized" (it did that for McCain), but the pronouncement is nonsense on stilts.

-- I just wish he would lay it out and explain it. As a Constitutional lawyer he should explain it. --

He [Cruz] is using the best argument there is, and avoiding citation to law. Everybody knows that if you were born a citizen and did not go through a naturalization ceremony, that you were not naturalized. This is so simple, there isn't even case law on the subject.

It's a lie, but a darned effective one.

Thanks! They’re all a bunch of Mickey Mice, but when you say “Little Man” I can’t help but think of the Clinton sycophant Stephanopoulos.

Who right now is “interviewing” her, meaning trying to help her campaign. He is her on TV campaign manager, really.

Wow, the liberal said skipping the debate helped him. Chris takes a double take. “Overall, good for Trump.”

She is not going to be invited back.

Well, in fairness to Trump; he fights back and hard. Wallass has been down that road before and still has the scars.

I really wish Cruz had more fight in him; like Trump.

I still think the BEST team for the USA is a Trump-Cruz ticket.

Yeah, fat chance now, but do remember Reagan picked Bush, even though it was Bush who made up that media favorite “Voodoo economics”.

Trump tweets that ...

I will be interviewed on Face The Nation with @jdickerson this morning. Enjoy!

I am in Iowa. Will be interviewed on This Week With @GStephanopoulos this morning. ENJOY!

By not doing the failed, poorly rated debate, I was able to make the point of not allowing "unfairness" - while raising $6,000,000 for VETS.

Anyway, minor adjustments maybe, to the Sunday Morning guest lists.

“Fox is supposed to be the conservative network?”

a LEAP to this conclusion regarding Fox is a totally unjustifiable

So how is he getting away with it. It may be a bit of an irrelevant law, but he and his conservative purists shout Constitution every chance they get, yet ignore this. Why is it not cleared up or really, why has he not left the race for the sake of the country?

This is why he should have cleared it up when he had the chance. Now we are voting.

“I wish I felt more comfortable with what Donald would do with so many critical issues...like judges, which will affect the country as much or more as immigration ...in the long run.”

I do not trust TRUMP on ANY issue - As for Federal Judge appointments - Vote for Trump at your Peril. The Bushes gave us some bad judges - Chief Pirate Roberts then went ahead and made the unconstitutional ruling the Obamacare is a TAX

Lately, CNN and MSNBC mornings has been more conservative than Fox. They have been much more fair to Trump. Fox is on a mission to take him and Cruz out.

MTP panel (Brokaw, Joy-Reid, Iowa caucus insider, and a CBN anchor) don’t think Hillary’s emails are yet an issue....and won’t be much for Dems.

When it becomes apparent, it’s about giving away every national security secret we possessed, and exposed countless foreign agents to death, maybe it will hit home. Head in sand.

-- So how is he getting away with it. --

By fooling the public. The press, academia, Congress, etc. are on the same wavelength, and "the lie" sounds so plausible that it is effective.

-- but he and his conservative purists shout Constitution every chance they get, yet ignore this. --

They are so invested in the outcome, that "magic thinking" ensues. Judges do this too.

-- Why is it not cleared up or really, why has he not left the race for the sake of the country? --

The fullness of time may reveal a surprise. The public would not be as aware of this issue, but for his "pushing it" by sticking to his position.

-- ... he should have cleared it up when he had the chance. Now we are voting. --

Secretaries of State don't care if the names on the ballot are eligible for office or not. There have been people taking office, and found ineligible. And at this point, the wasted votes only amount to a handful of convention delegates that the RNC can take from Cruz and give to Jeb, at the convention.

Not to say it isn't a big deal, but it's not as big a deal as Congress facilitating Obama's usurpation of the office, just as it would have facilitated McCain's usurpation.

So, judges can always be fickle.

May I remind you that Ronald Reagan appointed Sandra Day O’Conner and Anthony Kennedy (who still vexes us) to that same bench.

And that same Bush who gave us Roberts also gave us Samuel Alito. And while his father gave us David Souter, he also gave us Clarence Thomas.

The democrats give us straight-up, died in the wool, never changing their straight party line minds Leftists, who make up things not in the Constitution out of whole cloth.

I don’t trust Trump to give us good judges, yet I hope he does. In any case, I honestly think Trump would do a better job than Clinton or Sanders, or even a Biden or Warren, and definitely an Obama!
