Article full of bunk. The Democrat Laredo mayor claims he moderated Trump...but all Trump did was concede — as is bleeding obvious — that the wall can’t be built everywhere, depending on terrain. No one has ever suggested a wall along the entire border. Just in areas that are easily passable and are used for routes of drug and human smuggling.

I’ve been here on FR for a long time...probably lurked here since the first time Rush Limbaugh mentioned FR on his radio program.

I have never seen the rude and crude language used on FR that has been used here during this election cycle.

I could be mistaken, but I do not remember any one besides Trump supporters using the crude language.
Never mind the anti-evangelical posts.

I for one hope that after the election the Trump supporters will either go back from whence they came...or at least remember they are on FR and not on DU when they post.

So, what’s the general consensus after reading the article. Does anybody think Trump will change his mind about the fence .. alter the plans for the fence .. or keep the plans as he originally saw them ..??

It was kind of hard to tell from the story exactly what Trump’s final opinion was .. or if the meeting just added information for him to mull over.

So, I don’t see that any final decision was made .. and it’s years away from being a reality .. so there’s no sense getting all bent out of shape now.

You must not be looking, if you only see it being Trump supporters. There have been entire threads pulled due to flame wars between Cruz and Trump supporters. The shenanigans on both sides of the fence was getting pretty bad.
