Did Krauthammer watch the same debate? Bush was certainly better than he had been, but he didn’t “break out” of anything. He’s still the same old Bush with the same old tired Bush family policies.

Jeb can barely speak at all, he appears to have some kind of stutter. I had thought may Trump just made him nervous, but even without Trump there he could barely talking with stuttering.
