Donald Trump told CNN that when FOX News put out its snarky press release today, he said, "Bye,bye!"
Instead Donald Trump will hold a fundraiser for wounded veterans on CNN at the same time.
It was a smart decision. Look at what Donald Trump is going to miss-
FOX News invited a radical Muslim activist, a Bernie Sanders supporter, a Black Lives Matter supporter and a Mexican illegal immigrant to the debate to confront Donald Trump.

They were (maybe still are) planning to use GEORGE WILL, perhaps the biggest Trump Hater in the GOPe, to be a ‘Real Time Truth Squad’ for the debate.
That right there NEEDS TO STOP. If candidate says something wrong in a debate, TOUGH, tell the public LATER, after the debate is over...DO NOT INSERT YOURSELF as they have no chance to rebut being called a liar by a non-player.
For me, Trump should have walked on that ALONE...but thank you Fox for making it easy for him.

Sorry if it displeases you on the truth about Trump, his history and who he pal’d with. These aren’t my words these are his very own words in plain black and white and on media record. Would you like for me to provide his long drawn out liberal history to you? Will it take him announcing in front of a camera he is a liberal? I guarantee by year 4 not a single brick or piece of steel has been laid down. How do you propose Trump builds that wall with no Congressional support? No congressional funding and locked in courts for years? Presedential fiat? See Trump is no Reagan and to even put him in the same sentence as Reagan (a truly humble man, a real conservative and true servant to the people) is a complete abomination to Regan. Trump is about as Reagan as Hillary is a truth teller. Give me a break.
About Cruz, he isn’t perfect either in fact neither was Reagan for that matter. However when it comes to a long long history of consistent conservative principals, standing for conservative principals, speaking conservative principals, voting a bucking against liberal positions, shutting down government for it, well then you have a conservative. Not a fly by night Trump conservative that flips flops over decades supporting verbally and FINANCIALLY liberal causes.
