the reality is they’re 13 percent of the population, so of course there are going to be years none are nominated.
How about ethnicity? let’s break it down into 200 ethnicities and make sure EVERYONE is represented exactly proportionately to their percentage of population.
Good God! The Academy Awards go out of their way to be politically correct, they have made black and hispanic mega stars.
And Obama and Hilary just reflexively accuse them of racism, all these liberals?
And Obama even uses California, a state turned hispanic by illegal immigrants, as the great example of “diversity”.
12% of the population and yet have their own awards, schools college funds events etc. They appear in over 90% of the local news channels around the country , well over 50% of the AD;s we see in TV.
Oh they are well represented because of the self hating guilt ridden white people.
Reality in our house is that we will not watch the Academy awards and we will not be going to any more of their trashy movies. Too many good movies available from other sources that we can watch in our own home, the popcorn costs a whole lot less, we can wear our pj’s to the showing and we can hit the pause button when anyone needs to take a break for a few minutes.
