Why does everyone think gridlock is a terrible thing?

It is supposed to be difficult to get things through Congress by design, so that the legislative branch won’t be able to do harm against We the People.

I’ve said it before “Gridlock for President, 2016!”

Ted didn’t go to Washington to be liked by other politicians he’s there to represent his constituents in Texas.
