Audiences reject “13 Hours”: Big blow for the right’s desperate quest for Clinton’s Benghazi

Oh, i think it did in fact add quite a bit: the emotional impact by the time the movie closed was extremely intense, tear-inducing, even. It’s just that it was a seriously flawed movie, flawed enough that the average movie-goer would find it not acceptable, and no doubt because of that the word-of-mouth was probably not good.

Actually, I do believe this WAS a Hollywood movie made by a quintessential Hollywood producer and director. I was simply explaining WHY the movie totally bombed at the box office, namely it was seriously flawed story-telling, so much so word-of-mouth from early goers pretty much killed it.

Went and saw it today. It’s great. Too bad contractors can’t be awarded the Medal of Honor. Tyrone Woods deserves one and so does Mark Geist. All through the movie they waited for help that never came. When that little creepy CIA chief says stand down time and again you felt like ringing his neck. It summed up the totally incompetent Obama administration. It’s clear for anyone with a brain that Clinton didn’t order an immediate rescue because Al Queda was “on the run” and Bin Laden was “dead”. Didn’t fit the neat little lying narrative of ZERO. If the CIA chief had let Woods and the rest go the minute they found out the compound was under seige there’s a good chance no one’s life would have been lost. Total incompetence from two people that should be sharing a cell in Leavenworth.

Only network that has promoted the movie and interviewed three of the guards involved is Fox News. It’s been completed ignored by the other channels, the exact same way the Benghazi investigation is ignored on all channels except Fox.

Here's my review and recommendation of the movie, 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.

The movie has very course language and extreme violence. But it is true to life and not gratuitous. I normally would not see, let alone recommend an R Rated movie...but in this case every adult American should know what happened in Benghazi.

I have two requests.

The first is to God in Heaven that He will see that Justice is served on those who failed their countrymen so horribly for pure political expediency.

The second is to all fellow Americans, to make sure that those people, particularly Hillary Clinton, who abjectly lied about these events for political reasons, NEVER be allowed to have the reigns of power like she so desperately craves. In such a position, she would surely do even much worse...as if this travesty was not bad enough.

Jeff. Thanks for the input. Haven’t seen the movie itself but did see the interview with the guys that were there and the movie previews pretty much traces what the said happened. We will see it. And, yes, this travesty should be answered for but sadly, the politicos seem to not be real interested in following through.
