Trump Spokeswoman (Katrina Pierson): "Malcolm X is my Idol, Republicans are Racist"
Daily Caller ^ | 01-22-2016 | Peter Hasson

Posted on 01/23/2016 4:31:09 AM PST by parksstp

Since joining the Trump campaign as a national spokeswoman in November, Katrina Pierson has served as an attack dog of sorts for Donald Trump, attempting to expose his critics and opponents as faux conservatives who are simply pulling the wool over the eyes of the American people.

And yet, Ms. Pierson’s own statements reveal she is a self-proclaimed devotee of Malcolm X (whom she has referred to as her “idol”) and has a history of attacking conservatives as racists, sneering at Christians who are unable to “handle the truth” and mocking candidates who open up about their faith on the campaign trail as preachers who would be “great if we were electing a Jesus.”

Nah, this isn't something to worry about. I love to get my dose of liberty served like this /sarc

2 Things I always thought Trump was supposed to be good at: (1) Finding Great People and (2) Firing not so great people. Might be time for Trump to do a #2.

PING. I might be going out on a limb here, but I don’t think Ms. Pierson like Christians. /sarc

Donald Trump is a pig in a poke.

You have to elect him to see what’s in there.

Or, you could simply look at the plain evidence that he was a hardcore liberal his whole life, until he decided to run for president as a Republican in 2016.

For heaven’s sake. She’s young. These “sensational” tweets are from 2012 to 2013. She’s grown up, and can lead others to mend their thought process at an earlier age than many of their elders did.

This certainly troubles me more than the comment one of Cruz’s people made about Sarah Palin.

With all the insults, lies, truths, half-truths, an innuendo being thrown around.....even just between Cruz and Trump.....it is impossible to research everything. I’ve got a job and a family to take care of. How does a guy choose?

“Donald Trump is a pig in a poke. You have to elect him to see what is in there.”

The same applies to all the candidates. We’ve been bamboozled by numerous “dyed-in-the-wool conservatives” before.

I would like context. Malcolm X was brilliant, but quite Muslim and becoming more so.

I am a Cruz supporter, but I have also been extremely impressed with the sheer ability of Katrina Pierson to represent Mr. Trump.

Glanced through it. She sure is interesting. A testament to Trump’s ability to recognize and develop talent, and bring it on board.

Is this the woman who ran with Senator Cruz’s endorsement for the Texas State Senate in the 2014 primary?

Trump is a populist demagogue. He quite accurately discerned what was troubling many conservatives (mostly illegal immigration) and got in front of that issue. He then adopted a few more conservative stances that he had ridiculed or had been at odds with previously..

But he still panders whenever necessary. Like on ethanol for Iowans.

The same applies to all the candidates.

I know. That's why it often surprises me that people seem to think Donald Trump is an exception.

Upon further review, I would wonder about her reactions to Trayvon and on what she REALLY thinks of Christians.
