U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on Wednesday she has received a federal court ruling that says the Justice Department may not invoke executive privilege to withhold documents from a congressional committee investigating the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal.

Sen. Jim Lankford (R-Okla.), who previously served on the House Oversight Committee, noted that the court told Lynch's office to turn over those documents by February 2nd. ...

‘As part of that Justice Department program, law enforcement knowingly allowed about 2,000 U.S. guns to flow to Mexican drug cartels, with the intent of tracking the weapons and making arrests. However, law enforcement lost track of most of the weapons.’

That is a lie. They (the ATF aka F Troop) had no controls in place to track the weapons once they left the US. All of this was a PR stunt (aided by the FBI) to give the current administration an argument to pass further ‘gun control’.

Agree. Bush’s ‘Wide Receiver’, which the Obama Admin has said it was just ‘continuing’ with F n F, allowed a couple of hundred guns, WITH TRACKERS, to walk into Mexico. The Mexican Government was a party to Wide Receiver. When both Governments realized the criminals were onto the sting and were removing the tracking devices, Wide Receiver was shut down. F n F had no authorization from the Mexican Government and had no trackers on any of the couple of thousand guns that walked into Mexico. But that’s how this Admin has always operated.....lie and blame everybody else for their criminality.

the next president needs to allow the Judges is create an army to enforce their rulings.

President Andrew Jackson responding to a Supreme Court decision with the phrase, "Chief Justice John Marshall has made his decision. Now let him enforce it!" By this statement, President Jackson was gruffly pointing out that the Supreme Court does not have an army or a police force, so it cannot execute upon its own orders.

So when the SCOTUS makes a decision that supports the liberal agenda everyone in the nation must march to the orders, but when it goes against there agenda compliance becomes a matter of one persons decision to march or not to march.

Yes, and weren’t there emails between Obama regime folks and media people, discussing how they needed to frame this as a “Bush did it too” thing, even though Bush’s operation DID have tracking devices in the guns but Obama didn’t? IOW, the regime and media were both aware that this was NOT like the Bush program but conspired to frame it as if it was (which is deliberate deception on the part of the regime and “reporters”).

I believe the regime hacks up to and including Obama himself, as well as the media hacks, should be indicted as accomplices to the murder of Brian TErry and any other victims of the US government arming our enemies. This story wasn’t correct in saying that the regime “allowed” guns to be sold to Mexicans; the truth is that the gun dealer who sold the guns has said - and has a recorded phone conversation bearing this out - that the regime FORCED him to sell the guns even though in that taped conversation he said the sale was illegal according to current laws. Am I remembering that correctly?

And this is where the BLM knuckleheads get their justification for doing what they do - their political and racial heros don’t follow the law - why should they?
