What Happens if Hillary Isn't Indicted?'

Just when we were thinking it couldn't get much worse with Hillary's email scandal, an inspector general's unclassified letter to lawmakers tells us the former secretary of state was keeping the most classified of all intelligence material -- beyond "top secret" -- on her homebrew server.

Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).

“Nothing”? How about a platinum ticket? She and slick already have a golden ticket.

There is Classified, Secret, Top Secret, then there are modifiers to those like NATO, NOFORN, CRYPTO, and the like.

Yes there is a top secret. Here is a GSA Form 703, a cover sheet: http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/top-secret-cover-sheet.jpg

My clearance has lapsed.

In my day, ALL classified information also had a "need to know" caveat.

Say a colleague and I were working on separate projects. Just because we had the clearance to look at each other's work, it didn't mean we could.

He did not have the need to review classified aspects of my project, nor I his.

Limiting access to classified information (of all levels) is a key component of security.

And, for the record, anyone who has worked for any length of time with classified information can probably tell you of prosecutions or other career-ending trauma for people whose lapses in judgment were nothing compared to Hillary's mishandling of this information.

Do not have an answer for you. Some classified material is deemed free to discus after a period of time but some is never ever to be discussed until 25 years after you’re dead( old line).
As far as I know however being read into a program or take an oath or write and sign documents deemed classified even if it’s designing outdated systems is a lifetime of secrets in which one does not discuss period.

What is scary is how Hillary got out of the building with such damaging secrets. That in itself is planned well thought out treason no matter the depth of the secrets. Maybe, MAYBE the State Dept would rather this just go away than to have this woman speak publicly on the lax security?

Hillary might skate on a diminished capacity(kidding here but still she is a serious liability), or they’ll give “the honorable” bi^^h a medal.

I think she will be or even has been told that she can have a stroke and then resign or face the host of criminal charges

meanwhile we are being told if you anti hillary types insist on forcing the e mail issue, Petraeus will be killed

Anyone who’s been prosecuted under that law will have recourse in the courts to have their conviction overturned.

Either a law applies to all of us - or to none of us...

A few good men will resign in disgust, the public will be a mix of reaction, from “she was persecuted” to “law is for the little people.” Life will go on.

Here is a long geeky guide explaining how stuff gets classified, how you handle it, and how to properly mark up documents to show their classification status.

Merely erasing the little (S) designation does not declassify the info.

Anyone who believes Hilarry will be indicted is living in a fantasy land.

Normally, yes. But something is changing, otherwise the allegations against her wouldn't be so extraordinarily severe - and still coming out.

Whatever she has, it's kept the world at bay for a quarter century. It seems the response, the solution, by the world, is to slowly build up a tidal wave against her with no single person behind it, until it finally breaks over her of its own weight.

We are watching something very deliberate, but very strange. Its like an ongoing X-Files movie. Taken as she is, she's pathetic. Yet all the powers of the world are literally AFRAID of her, no matter how pathetic she is our how much she screws up (which is basically in everything she does).

Bill just goes along for the ride, scooping up bennies as fast as he can grab them. Hillary is a totally different creature than Bill. She is driven by an insane hunger and rage, and dark forces serve her mindlessly.

My clearance expired more than 10 years ago, and I am still bound by the oaths I took. I do not discuss this part of my life, even with my wife.

And by no means was I involved in anything earthshattering - the kind of secrets that inspire blockbuster movies. Just run of the mill stuff required to do my job at the time.
