"Thank you so much. It's so great to be here in Iowa. We're here just thawing out. Todd and I and a couple of our friends here from Alaska, lending our support for the next president of our great United States of America, Donald J. Trump.

"Mr. Trump, you're right, look back there in the press box. Heads are spinning, media heads are spinning. This is going to be so much fun.

"Are you ready to make America great again? We all have a part in this. We all have a responsibility. Looking around at all of you, you hard-working Iowa families. You farm families, and teachers, and teamsters, and cops, and cooks. You rockin' rollers. And holy rollers! All of you who work so hard. You full-time moms. You with the hands that rock the cradle. You all make the world go round, and now our cause is one.

"When asked why I would jump into a primary - kind of stirring it up a little bit maybe - and choose one over some friends who are running and I've endorsed a couple others in their races before they decided to run for president, I was told left and right, "you are going to get so clobbered in the press. You are just going to get beat up, and chewed up, and spit out." You know, I'm thinking, "and?" You know, like you guys haven't tried to do that every day since that night in ‘08, when I was on stage nominated for VP, and I got to say, "yeah, I'll go, send me, you betcha. I'll serve." And, like you all, I'm still standing. So those of us who've kind of gone through the ringer as Mr. Trump has, makes me respect you even more. [...]

“President Obama will be able to look up, and there, over his head, he’ll be able to see that shining, towering, Trump tower.”

Trump Tower Chicago was financed by a fellow named George Soros.

We always ask the question as to who owns which politician, Trump is owned by Soros and his ilk.

The Compost is trying once more to bury Sarah deep in lies.

"The issues important to me, or I wouldn't be endorsing him. Pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, strict constitutionality. Those things that are unifying values

Is Trump the only candidate who stands for those things?

and their time-tested truths involved.

Speaking of "time tested": for how long has Trump stood for those values?

I like Sarah, but I think this endorsement has more to do with the limelight than with conservative principles.

The Compost is trying once more to bury Sarah deep in lies.

Are there errors in the transcript? Has a more reliable source published one?

Well you probably won't get much here on FR, the swarm of newly minted Palin-haters(c) all have the long knives out for her, I've already seen posters implying that Trump bought her endorsement, that she is nothing but a whore, sneers about her family that used to be confined only to the likes of the institutional hatemongers on DU (Democratic Underground for those late to the party), I've even seen snide remarks dragging her son Trig into it.

I'm waiting for some feces slinging, Trump-hating chimp to make some sort of vulgar comment regarding our Esteemed Founder's position (prefers Cruz but would be happy with Trump).

Meanwhile...

They said the same thing about Clint Eastwood at the RNC remember? If they don’t like it they just try to label it as strange and rambling. I guess so they can try and dismiss it.

Good response.

Soros is a a Trump financier. It’s simple fact.

So what that means is that Trump conned Soros out of a whack load o' money. That's not a bad thing.

You may now return to your usually scheduled Trump-hating programming.

Did you watch her endorsement speech? It was rambling and incoherent. Just awful. Trump looked like he wanted her to shut up and get off the stage.

“So what that means is that Trump conned Soros out of a whack load o’ money. That’s not a bad thing.”

You don’t think much of a Trump if you are claiming he cons his financiers.

Contractors like Trump need people and institutions that are even richer than they are to fund their projects.

They do not con their financiers. Trump is not a con man.

Sarah has just given the kiss of death to Trump.

How so? Was it the text of her speech, or Sarah herself? I'm not sure how many people whose minds weren't already made up will be influenced by the fact of her endorsement - but I'm not seeing "the kiss of death".
