With every one of these revelations I think surely this is the straw, then I can hear Hillary cackling Don’t Call Me Shirly!
I have almost NEVER seen any criticism of Hillary’s violation of her Q clearance. RUMINT is that she sent out classified DOE/NNSA/OST intel on their part in securing Libya’s CBRNE stockpiles. Those violations are under the Atomic Energy Act and the penalties have some real teeth in them.
It's no wonder Benghazi was attacked. Hillary's server probably got hacked and the bad guys discovered there was no security at the consulate! The attackers probably read more 'desperate plea' emails from Ambassador Stevens than Hillary did!
Her Royal Hipness will get away with it. Too many powerful people want her to be president.

OK, so I guess we’ve moved now into the realm of double-secret probation, but probably still not at the point of an indictment.

And still no warrant for her arrest!
Obama will not allow her to be taken out. There’s just no way. Who’s the alternative? Biden? Kerry? Bernie? Or (shudder) Moochelle? Obama has a country to fundementally transform and nothing on earth is going to get in his way.
Me thinks the FBI managed to ‘undelete’ most or all of the emails deleted by Hillary. Ha! There’s probably stuff on there that makes compromise of the ‘SAP’ stuff seem trivial, like ‘pay to play’ by the Muslim Brotherhood $$$$, for example.
Her server probably was not hacked. Her illegal sources probably had open gates to whatever she was sent or sent. Those illegal sources bought the gateways and did not need to hack her servers to get our Top Secret data.
I think they are giving Hillary the opportunity to come clean.
She believes that she has gotten to where she is by being nasty. She won’t change her actions now.
She will fight to the bitter end.
They need to remember that when they sentence her.
I think too many powerful in the intelligence community are pushing for her indictment. We will see.
