The problem is Cruz will not be able to get a thing passed. In fact, I could see the Congress going into a complete stand down for his term or terms. Of course some would love that but in reality it would not be good. He would be obstructed more then Obama could even dream of. It would be legendary. Cruz would be a one-term President at best. He does not have the Ronald Reagan personality at all. Of course this is all moot since he will not be President anyway.

And the problem is...? Everything Congress and the administration have done for years has been so good for the United States and the American people. What is it you would like to see passed? More bloated authorization bills that increase the federal debt by several trillion dollars? More defense cuts? More gun control? More regulations and laws that make criminals out of more American citizens? More funding for refugee resettlement? I could go on...
Congress being in a standstill isn’t such a bad thing. I would like to see smaller gov’t. Instead of making more laws and regulations, get rid of the unconstitutional ones currently on the books and enforce the constitutional one.
