I reject that “scorched earth thinking” comment. You are possibly confusing me with being a Republican. I am NOT. I am a constitutional conservative who will NOT vote for a liberal whether the name is Jeb or Donald. I have already 100% decided that I will not vote for the GOP candidates in my district and state for House and Senate because they are liberals.

Cruz dropped two more points in today’s Reuters poll.

Name a poster who read it and said they were changing their vote.

I can't at the moment think of anyone specifically. But I have received quite a few "thank you"s from people who didn't know some or any of this stuff. I base my confidence more on my belief that anyone with even a moderate level of intelligence who didn't know these things before would simply have-to be influenced by it. It is inconceivable that they wouldn't be. Dumb asses are another matter.

If you really are serious about helping your candidate go knock on doors is probably better, but hey, maybe you do that too.

If I was really serious about it I would go knocking on doors? That's ridiculous. With use of the internet, one could potentially reach thousands, some of whom would pass it on to others, or post it on their blogs. Media and political people clearly monitor sites like this too. In fact, I've had many pieces I posted directly referenced on various blogs and internet sites. A couple of times (that I know of) pieces I compiled and posted here were referenced by Sean Hannity and Mark Levin.

I would love to think that Nicole Wallace will never see gainful employment again.

As someone who has consistently supported Trump and Cruz for President, best choices we have had since Reagan, if the Cruz supporters stay home then it is an embarrassment to those who have worked to ensure the GOPe does not send their candidate to the election this fall. I will never forgive them as this is not Romney, McCain, Dole or Bush I or Bush II. If Cruz wins and the Teump supporters stay home I will argue the same.

Is Trump perfect? Absolutely not. Is Cruz perfect? Absolutely not! Both are, head and shoulders above the rest from a conservative nationalist standpoint.

Let us get out and vote for either of them as is your choice and best of luck. But the one who does not get majority support should rally around the other.

I 100% agree.

Funny how you Cruzbots would stay home and put Hillary in the White House but people for Trump would cross over in a minute to vote for Cruz in the general election to preserve the country... says pretty much who at lot of you people are

Absolutely! I have no qualms about voting for Cruz.To be honest, I was strongly for Cruz but I have a friend who is vehemently opposed to Trump and she's so nasty about it that it drove me more towards Trump. We went to a Trump rally and were sold!

You have been on FR a long time. Longer than me by four years. I am descended from very long lines in the South as is my wife. Between us we are decended from twelve direct ancestors that fought in the Civil War. Four on those ancestors died and several of their brothers as well. I had one who fought in every major battle in Virginia from the Penensula campaign and is on the Appomattox surrender roster. He also fought at Chickamunga.

We are as conservative as anyone and we are getting extremely tired of the nasty attacks by both sides on two potentially great candidates for president but the Cruz supporters are becoming worse by the day.

I'm enjoying this primary season more than I ever have in 45 years of watching these things.

This has been as much fun as the daily stupid Kerry pictures when he ran against W.

I wish people would understand your words and not get so worked up over the little jabs these two make at each other.

“the Cruz supporters are becoming worse by the day.”

The smaller the trough, the meaner the hogs.

Every day the Cruz supporters face a smaller trough.
