Jeb Bush, fresh off a record-breaking fundraising effort, celebrated in July with major donors at an exclusive two-day conference in Kennebunkport, Maine.
It was there the former governor boasted his $114 million hauls were "only the beginning."
That was last year.
Months later, and weeks before the first votes in Iowa and New Hampshire, Bush supporters are much less exultant, writes Anna Palmer and Ben White in POLITICO, as the money flow has now slowed to a trickle.
For many Bush donors, it's only a "matter of time" before the formerly presumptive front-runner drops out of the race.

You would think the DNC would fill that up to keep him in longer.

Instead of making that nice sign they should have cooked up a few hamburgers and hot dogs. They may have gotten 20 or 30 people in there if they did.

At least Jeb makes an effort to hold rallies. What about Rubio? What kind of crowd does he hold? I must have missed photos of his rallies. Jeb has been placing anti-Rubio ads obviously because they compete for the same pro-amnesty, pro 3rd world immigration crowd.

Rubio flopped in 4th Quarter fundraising just like Jeb. For Jeb and Rubio, their Super Pacs are the only ones with money. Losers both.

Yeb! is dumber than a box rocks. Just dull and uninspiring.
The field needs to wake up and smell the coffee. They can’t win and their numbers were foolish in the first place. It is clear that the race is over for Yeb!, Kasich, Paul, Huckabee, Carson, Goober Graham, Snarly, Krispy Kreme and even Murko who just sounds desperate all the time, need to drop out. Their vanity is unbelievable.
