Before making assinine statements, you might want to read The Dick Law, passed in 1902.

"Regulated" in the 2nd Amendment doesn't mean "controlled" as our modern parlance suggests. Consider the term "regular army." It doesn't mean "normal army", it means provisioned and provided for. A regulated army is one that is ready for action.
Therefore, the 2nd Amendment actually reads in modern language:
"A ready force of citizens is necessary for the defense of the nation. Therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
I actually met “plugs” Bidden, years before he became VP. He is even more of a moron than you could imagine. That, coupled with an arrogant pomposity and a disgusting habit of primping for any camera in the room made him a titanic a**hole, truly one for the ages.
