EXCLUSIVE: The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as secretary of state has expanded to look at whether the possible “intersection†of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws, three intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record told Fox News.
This track is in addition to the focus on classified material found on Clinton’s personal server.
"The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," one source said.
The development follows press reports over the past year about the potential overlap of State Department and Clinton Foundation work, and questions over whether donors benefited from their contacts inside the administration.
The Clinton Foundation is a public charity, known as a 501(c)(3). It had grants and contributions in excess of $144 million in 2013, the most current available data.

Well you make me rethink my post now that you mention it. O'Malley would get torn to pieces because he actually gave tuition to illegal aliens. Joe Biden is a buffoon, but he'd have a better chance at winning than Hillary or O'Malley. Elizabeth Warren is just a senator, no executive experience, and has the fake indian scandal underneath her.
Still, I'd rather face Hillary, because most people don't know anything good or bad about these other people, even Biden. He's just a "lovable" little idiot as far as your average voter is concerned. Hillary's image is already tainted. People know her and they know she's just a politician.

Take 0' and his eligibility for POTUS - clearly to us not eligible on many fronts, so what do the 'Rats do? They push the envelope - Alynsky 101. This hitliary email stuff is going to be the same. I was just thinking...remember how many of these “scandals” which never went anywhere.
It makes me wonder if this is what the GOP-e thinks is an offensive attack.
It normally gets the Base excited and since no one ever gets prosecuted, the GOP-e never really gets counter-attacked by the RATS.

Nobody asks the obvious question: why the leaks from multiple FBI sources now?
The answer, for those who play checkers instead of chess, is that this reflects the realization among investigators - the troopies doing the actual work - that this is being dragged out. Expansion doesn’t mean progress, it means resetting the clock to make sure a recommendation on an indictment comes AFTER the election.
Obama’s deal with Hillary is that he will delay an indictment until after the election. If she wins, he will pardon her “for the sake of national unity” and as a way to blame the Pubbies; if she loses - she’s on her own and he’ll take a hands off approach and let the FBI do its thing.
These leaks of non-specific details is the way principled people with access to classified info maintain their non-disclosure pledge - while making a protest. It’s a balancing act.
Nobody in government resigns out of principle anymore, so you can forget that.
The Beast will never go to jail. She’ll have a convenient stroke then disappear overseas and out of reach.
