If the FBI is EVER to regain any sense of credibility or respect by the Homeland Citizens of this country, they had damned well better force the DoJ and Loretta Lynch to indict this lawless bitch.

if [the Justice Department] refuses to bring charges" against either Hillary Clinton or her former State Department staffers.

And THAT'S how she gets through this. Somebody is about to fall on the sword. Probably with the promise of a pardon.

Hillary Clinton's e-mail scandal has been a difficult one for the public to understand ...

I don't agree - it's rather cut-and-dried that she broke multiple laws multiple times. If she is not indicted, the Rule of Law is dead in this country.

If DOJ does not prosecute Clinton for these numerous (ie. hundreds) of violations and put her in prison for the rest of her life... The FBI needs to initiate an investigation into the DOJ itself because there is obviously some conspiracy going on in there to aide and abet Clinton in committing and covering up these crimes.

Your move DOJ - everyone in there ready and willing to go to prison for life for that old .....???

Storm Clouds Form: Bob Woodward Compares Hillary Scandal to Watergate (FBI revolt brewing)

I think the fact that has not been mentioned is that Hillary had a private email server so she could HIDE illegal activities; i.e. taking "contributions" for the Clinton [Crime] Foundation from foreign governments in return for special treatment from the State Dept.

If it gets too intense, I see some state dept. lackey being sacrificed before her highness.

The only wild card is if said lackey decides to spill their guts and turn state’s evidence.

We know parents of a FBI agent and an IT computer expert. Each couple do not know the other couple and sons. Their adult children are in different geographical areas. Each set of parents said that when Holder left, the morale of the FBI picked up. They are doing what they could not do for 7+ years.

Loretta Lynch refused to bring charges against IRS scum Lois Lerner.

What’s makes anyone think she will do any different with Hillary?

It is all in timing. If she goes to court too soon BO will just pardon her. It has been stated that the statute of limitation is for six years or longer past the election. Election has more than the office of president on the line for HRC IT also has her freedom !

For now, color me “skeptical.” The Clintons have gotten away with so much for so long, I’m not convinced that DOJ will do a damn thing.

To not prosecute is to make security clearances and classified material meaningless and worthless, something every good Snowden, Wikileaks supporters, fellow Marxists, and other totalitarians would cheer ... along with everyone anywhere who every gave at thought to harming the US ...

It truly is amazing how the press and fellow democrats minimize this. Amazing too, that Woodward nor anyone else, has pushed this, when they went after Nixon for comparatively nothing.

I’ve predicted here, and will again. Obama will issue her a pardon for the email problem. Regarding her Foundation? Don’t know, as I think that’s where the real criminality lies. These people made tons of money while she was SOS.

No! I’m going all out and predict that he will give her a full an unconditional pardon for everything related to her time as SOS, because she serves with honor and distinction.
