To not prosecute is to make security clearances and classified material meaningless and worthless, something every good Snowden, Wikileaks supporters, fellow Marxists, and other totalitarians would cheer ... along with everyone anywhere who every gave at thought to harming the US ...

If there is no indictment, there will be a massive amount of information leaked regarding exactly what the FBI found.
That will be Cheryl Mills.
The Obama DOJ will go after Mills and hold back on pursuing Hillary.
The reason is that Hillary already promised the SENIOR AIDE TO THE PRESIDENT position to Cheryl Mills.
By eliminating Mills, then Hillary will be forced to keep the current 'senior aide' VALERIE JARRETT. If she doesn't promise to do so, then VJ and the DOJ will go after Hillary to keep her out, and probably put in LIZ WARREN or JOE BIDEN.
The survival of VALERIE JARRETT as SENIOR AIDE TO THE PRESIDENT is what will determine who goes to jail, and who runs for President in the general election.

Hillary may lose the election, but I think she’s too much of a narcissist to withdraw voluntarily.

I disagree with the premise that people won’t understand this issue. People are not stupid. Most people have email in the work place where there are rules about what you can do. If you do not follow these rules, you could be subject to disciplinary action or be fired.
Investigate the DOJ...including their defense of the VA in malpractice lawsuits. Suppression of evidence and witness tampering.

I think the DOJ is verify but the love for the Clintons is definitely on a downward spiral. I think the FBI might just be fed up with all that Bubba and Clod have gotten away with.
Lynch will not prosecute. Obama nominated her because as a black female she gets double-immunity from Republican criticism.
If Hillary gets out of this race it will only be because the Democrat establishment has concluded that she can’t win and they opt to kick her to the curb.
