Did anyone ever hear him say that he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior?
Maybe Jesus in his mercy did. Not my beeswax.
I was thinking the same thing.
There seems to be many here that don't understand what is required to get to heaven. Being a bisexual, drug fiend, fornicating pervert, is not the usual first thing I think of about on the list. If you like his music, maybe you need to check your pulse before you die also. Jesus told us there would be fruit to judge. I don't need to be with him to hear his confession, but everyone can inspect his fruit. A Christian "rock star" is almost a contradiction unless he confesses Jesus on the stage. Did his music promote sex and drugs or holy living? ......I thought so.
Dying is not the only requirement to get to heaven. We all die unless Jesus comes first. It might be time for some to find out the Gospel before that happens. If we are held to account for every "idle" word, it might be to our advantage to find out how to get a blood covering before it's needed. It's not about what you do, but who you know? If he knew Jesus, it most likely would have come out in public at some point. Generally, your life would reflect it.
Ringo Star was to have said that John Lennon communicated with Oral Roberts in the early 70s back and forth and John Lennon accepted Jesus Christ.
No one gets that kind of talent unless it was given from God, the sad part is the Beatles didn’t use their talent for the Glory of God.
It’s been said that Ringo Star is a born again Christian.
Only God has to hear it.
Are we suppose to hear him say that? We do not know whether he accepted the Lord on his death bed. It is a private matter between him and God. As long you are still breathing on one’s deathbed, it is not too late.
