Hillary Hilariously Claims She Didn’t Ask for Classified Info to be Sent Over a Non Secure System

You really have to hand it to the Clintons. If nothing else, they are some of the ballsiest liars on the face of the earth. If Billy Mays were resurrected from the dead and asked to pitch the latest thing Hillary Clinton is selling, he would no doubt respond, “Sorry, I have my professional reputation to think about.” The facts, of course, are that State Department was forced, virtually at gunpoint, to turn over an email in which Hillary Clinton is discussing getting some classified talking points from one of her underlings. The secure fax on which they were supposed to be sent apparently was experiencing problems, so Hillary said, verbatim, “turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure.” This is not my interpretation of what she said, these are her exact words, which you can see with your own eyes here.

This particular email is so damaging to the narrative that Hillary has been trying to spin that she was forced to sally forth and offer an explanation to the press. Her explanation? Never happened.

Hillary didn’t lie.

She doesn’t ASK. She DEMANDS.

[[Two possibilities: classified document illegally redacted. Or unclassified document with no need to redact an “identifying heading”.]]

Yep- she’s gonna weasel out of this somehow- Was thinking today IF there is no ‘electronic trail’ of her aid actually sending that info- then all she will have to say is “Nah- We never actually did it, I was just thinking out loud in my email to him trying to find a way to expedite the issue, , and thinking better of it later phoned him to say he shouldn’t do that” or some such lie- You watch, she wil l skate on this one too UNLESS there is an electronic trail

Maybe we could just skip any kind of trial and lock her up in a CIA interrogation center, and just claim IT NEVER HAPPENED.

I think in the next month or so the Justice Department will announce that “no laws were broken” and then Hillary will be able to say “Those nasty Republicans have hounded me and even with all that scrutiny I was found to be totally honorable”. ]]

Exactly- “We did an ‘bipartisan investigation and fouidn that no laws were broken... We did however discover that Marco Rubio had an affair with a white house hottie, and he is now the subject of our investigation”

Remember FRiends - one of the classified emails previously found had markings of TS/NF/KH/SP (probably wrong keyword order - sorry). She put SATELLITE IMAGERY on an UNCLASSIFIED SYSTEM running at her house!!!! What kind of “enhanced interrogation” would they be doing on one of us if we had done something like this? Just wondering. :-(

Look, it’s entirely possible that she’s right on this one. The talking points might not have been classified, but the system they were trying to send them on was a secure system.

So when it failed to send she tells them to send it non-secure, but leave the heading off to make it more difficult for someone scanning it to pick out what it was about.

But they could easily have been unclassified talking points that she received regularly. In fact, the use of the word “nonpaper” would imply that it had happened before. Otherwise, who would understand what the hell she meant by “nonpaper”?

Hillary is a crook and a liar, but people are making some assumptions here that might be unwarranted. She almost certainly should be indicted for her mishandling of classified documents, but this just might not be one of those cases.

Nothing looks bad to a democrat. They have elected a former Black Panther, they have officially aligned themselves with Black Lies Matter, 0bama was a close friend of Bill Ayers, and sat in Wrights church for 20 years, and was even married by him, and his kids baptized by him.

Democrats have no shame. Even if Clinton was convicted and imprisoned, they would still vote for her.

May Almighty God prevail in this instance by preventing and postponing the indictments, trial and sentence until AFTER IT is too late for Emperor Obamessiah and his “Injustice Department” to interfere or issue a “pardon” to her Heinous, Hildabeast. Tagline, because only HE is able.

Nevertheless, a friend of mine lost his security clearance for taking classified data home to work on over the weekend. He made the paper unclassified (secret, not stamped) and left the column headings and row titles off the paper, he knew what the data was. Then he went home and charged his time to the project.

He was caught by having to undergo a lie detector evaluation for a new job. He failed the question about taking classified material out of the plant.

So the question is, did Hillary do essentially the same thing by sojourning putting classified material on a non classified network?

I think so.

I don’t know about that. I worked for a CA public employee union for years and a politician under indictment would be a plus to them. They are all communist.

“Even if Clinton was convicted and imprisoned, they would still vote for her”

Marion Barry- in prison - crack addict-
does not matter- vote him in again as mayor

Convince poor girls (mostly black) to kill their babies
and sell the body parts- does not matter- lets give them MORE tax money

The demon rats I know - have No morals and are godless

So Hitlerly will get a pass-

You might be right that this is legit. My understanding is nonpaper is industry jargon in international diplomacy for a talking points, a draft agreement, or something else that doesn’t include classified data, but isn’t marked to show attribution to the county that produced it. What’s on the page isn’t confidential, but that the US offered what’s on the page might be.

A piece of paper that says “the king of country x is a crook” isn’t confidential (scrawled on a napkin, for example). But, but on some official letterhead, you might want to control the piece of paper. Substitute “a crook” for “accepted a 100,000 dollar bribe one June 4th in a parking garage” might be classified, because it includes details obtained from surveillance or a spy. “ Nonpaper” means it’s non-secret info not tracable to the government who wrote it, to be used in diplomatic meetings.

This email might very well be completely legit. A fax that included the opinion of the US govt might be confidential. A no paper stating the same position, but not traceable or attributable to the US govt, is fine.
