At the risk of being repetitious, the BLM doesn’t own poop. It is either state land, or it is land that should be in state hands. You have also stumbled into the reality that land in BLM hands costs you and I the taxpayer rather than the production that is possible in state or private hands.

What do you mean the production that is in state or private hands? That production will most likely kick out hunters so that ranchers can make money. The system may not be perfect, but it works for hunters right now.
