We spent Thanksgiving, in NYC.
Enjoyed the parade, so much, as well as all of the Christmastime preparations. The city takes on a magical air, during this time of year.
Loved every second of it.

If the city can protect that parade - possibly the biggest in the USA - it can protect Christmas season. If one wants to be extra careful, avoid Times Square (a horror anyway) and Rockefeller Center and take a cab rather than the subway. Or walk. It’s a great walking city.
