Muslims Say U.S. Government More Dangerous than ISIS

Frank Luntz, political strategist and CBS News contributor, spoke to a group of Muslim-Americans last week about the "anti-Muslim" sentiment in America.

In the focus group, Muslim-Americans explained to Luntz why they don't fear ISIS. He also asked the participants if they had a problem with the government bombing ISIS.

"It's not going to solve anything," one female panelist said on bombing ISIS. "I was born in '93. My whole entire life we have been in a time of war ... ISIS does not have the capabilities to destroy America. Our military spending is better than the next 7 or 10 countries combined. I am not scared of ISIS, I'm not. I am scared of my government, actually. I am more scared of my government than I am of ISIS."

Luntz asked another participant if he was afraid of the U.S. Government more than ISIS.

"...I feel like every morning when I wake up, am I going to be mad because I am black in America? Or am I going to be mad because I am Muslim in America?" the panelist answered, after which fellow panelists clapped.

One participant said she did not want her children to watch the GOP presidential debate because she did not want them to see the "hateful stereotyping" of American Muslims.

"I actually did a call out to Muslim parents across the country to not watch the Republican debate in front of their children, because I know that that -- subjecting our children to hear the hateful stereotyping and the lumping of Muslims with terrorism in front of our children is actually something that psychologically impacts them. So that's how deep this is for us,"

Um, how many here would answer Christian first? Imagine a weird scenario where the USA is bombed and taken over, but New Zealand offered your family refuge, and a Christian church helped your family start up life, with a house, whatever, again. You’d be fine. You probably are Christian first, because you probably couldn’t imagine “having to give up Christianity.”

Re not letting you children know that “we Muslims are feared”: I would be OK to have my children know why people of our religion is feared, if my religion were the only one blowing up innocent people all or the world. It’s the truth.

re the headline; Correction: it are those in the class of the power elite who are the danger because they own and control those in the US government as well as other governments in the Western culture. Proof; notice that over time the faces of those in the US government have changed but the DC corruption never waivers. Under the obozo however, his and the DC corruption is harsh and abrupt because their task is to usher in the transformation of the US from a Constitutional based system of laws to a system that exists strictly to be controlled by and to accommodate the worlds wealthy.

The hyphenated “Muslim-Americans” are first of all Muslim, then their secondary allegiances lie with Islam. The “American” part never enters into the equation. Once the conquest of the North American continent is completed and Shari’ah Law is established, then they may truly add “American” to the hyphenated term.

I do not consider any practicing Muslim to be “American”. Abandon Islam, or convert to ANY other religion, and we will consider your application.

And no “kitman” or “taqiyya”, either.
