I still remember standing in line in 1977 for the first one. When it was first released, I thought it sounded stupid. Next thing I knew, everybody was talking about it. I loved it because to me it was something of a return to the swashbuckling films I loved, such as Errol Flynn and Tyrone Power adventure flicks. So many 70s films were cynical and this one was just good old fashioned fun.

Maybe it is because of how close the seventh episode is to the fourth!
