It was taken from what is commonly called a game camera. They’re motion activated and regularly used by hunters to see what game is passing by. That’s the reason for the grain laying there. Of course there’s plenty of other things people have used them to discretely take pictures of as well.

Sleeper cells have planted caches all over the country. It’s all preparation for massive, combined attacks at some point.
