Federal Judge Who Outlawed Racial Profiling is Victim of Black Mob Violence
American Thinker ^ | December 11, 2015 | Colin Flaherty

Federal Judge Susan Dlott wrote the book on racial profiling in 2002.

Last week, she ripped it into one million tiny pieces when three black people broke into her $8 million Cincinnati home and started beating her and her 79-year old husband.

"There's three black men with guns at our house," Dlott told a 911 operator after she escaped the home invasion and ran to her neighbor's house one mile away.

And just in case the operator did not hear her the first time, Dlott said it again: "My husband and the dogs are still there. There are three black men with guns and masks at the house."

That's Racial Profiling 101: Identifying the criminals by race, as if that had something to do with it.

While walking my dog there was a sign outside one house. It read, “We have a killer dog. Survivors will be prosecuted.”

Her husband is a lawyer who has won some high profile cases in the Cincinnati area, so it would be safe to say he made the money legally.

Well, SOME of it he made legally:

Chesley was named in a lawsuit related to the settlement of fen-phen litigation in Kentucky. Former clients sued Chesley and three other plaintiffs' attorneys for allegedly breaching their duties by diverting most of a $200 million settlement fund to themselves with only one third to the plaintiffs. Judge Joseph F. Bamberger approved the settlement, but resigned when it was revealed that he was paid $5000 a month as a director of a charitable entity funded by the settlement and directed by the attorneys. Chesley, who collected a $20.5 million fee for negotiating the settlement, maintained that he was not co-counsel for the plaintiffs and was not aware that the attorneys were deceiving their clients and that he therefore owed no duty to the 440 plaintiffs.

Disbarment and retirement

On February 22, 2011, Kentucky trial commissioner William L. Graham issued an order recommending Chesley be disbarred for his actions. The Kentucky Bar Association's board of governors accepted a trial commissioner's recommendation on June 14, which called for disbarment and restitution of $7.6 million to plaintiffs. It was determined that Chesley violated several ethic rules.

The Kentucky Supreme Court disbarred Chesley on March 21, 2013, unanimously voting to uphold the 2011 recommendation. Chesley faced disbarment in Ohio due to reciprocal agreements between the two states; however, he opted to voluntarily retire from the practice of law in Ohio instead of go through the state's disciplinary process. The practical effect of his retirement in Ohio is the same as if he had been disbarred - Chesley will never be able to practice law in the state again.

On Nov. 18, 2013, Chesley was removed from the list of attorneys allowed to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court.

========================

Oct 30, 2015, Kentucky - A warrant has been issued for arrest of disbarred ex-superlawyer Stan Chesley for failing to show up Thursday in court. [Chesley lives in Ohio].

========================

Nov 20, 2015, Ohio - A Hamilton County judge has ruled that no law enforcement agency in Ohio can arrest former attorney Stan Chesley on a bench warrant issued [in Kentucky]...

Ah, it's GOOD to be The King, or one of The King's Men, and not a peasant...

Why does a judge live in an $8 million house?

How is that handcuffing of the police working out for ya, judge? $8,000,000 home? Really? And no alarm system or armed protection?

The 3 Nuffins followed them home from a [no doubt upscale] restaurant [the 2 DemPercenter Snoots were driving a luxury vehicle, and obviously felt no need to concern themselves with the doings of the surrounding peasantry].

Follow ME home and see what that gets ya, Nuffins!

See my post #85, and look up the husband Chesley on Wikipedia. Doltt Dlott is a creature of Big Bill Clinton, circa 1995.

We need MORE karma, for judges, right up to the SCOTUS; for legislators at all levels. Things would straighten up rapidly if we had a thorough outbreak of karma.

Is karma the same as tar and feathers?

I don’t really know why they were killed, the official version, IIRC, is that the judge had supposedly skimmed some money from their mutual account from a prison scam or something like that, and it was payback, or example, or the like. I don’t know what the real truth was, I don’t know if anyone except whoever was truly involved knows. We still wonder, and we still wonder who really did it.

Oh, and it was on teevee, on “City Confidential”, some many years ago. It happened in 1991.

Segments from 911 tape:

Dlott: "Please send more. There's three black men with guns at our house."

Dispatcher: "They're in your house right now?"

Dlott: "Yes!"

Dispatcher: "OK. OK."

--------

Dlott: "My husband and the dogs are still there. There are three black men with guns and masks in our house."

I don’t think that rule is in effect anymore. I’ve read of too many victims of crime who’ve forgiven or excused their victimisers, even when their own children have murdered (like Amy Beihl’s parents, who forgave the murderers of their young daughter who had gone to South Africa to help these animals, and they had so little remorse that they actually laughed during the farce of a trial while her groans of agonies from her stab wounds were described). Her parents actually set up some scholarship or something for these animals.

No, I don’t think a mere mugging enlightens them anymore, if it ever did.

They followed them to their house, because of the make of their vehicle (I forget what it was, something expensive), then left to go smoke dope, then came back and invaded the home.
