I don’t think this is Muzzie. These guys gave too much thought to a getaway. My personal guess is not the militias but a cartel. The idea to draw LEOs to the scene and away from something else. A heist, a jailbreak, something that is made easier for another group to fo when every Leo in a hundred miles is drawn to San Bernadino.
If this was really an act of terrorism, this would have to be one of the more bizarre targets someone could choose.
