Something smells here. The Texas/Mexico border is separated by the Rio Grande River. There are only two bridge between Laredo and Big Bend, a distance of several hundred miles. The two bridges are in cities, with customs stations. There simply has to be more to this story.
Not that the media ever leaves something out or simply gets the facts wrong. . . .
