In Tuesday's USA Today, Supreme Court correspondent Richard Wolf (not to be confused with the former MSNBC exec Richard Wolffe) reported another one of those sob-story pieces about how women seeking abortions will have to drive more than an hour to have their babies "terminated."
The headline was "In Texas, Going the Distance for an Abortion." The star of the article was "Veronica" in San Antonio, but she "didn't want her last name used because of the personal nature of the procedure." Wolf began:

If leftists are so obsessed with this “war on women” how come they completely ignored this story this past week ?
That’s due to a lot of those places being shut down due to new “compliance” laws.
Just wait’ll they start having to pay for that crap, they’ll cry really hard then.
What Planned parenthood is In and out burgers of abortion mills LOL!
The godless Supreme Court has given abortionists the right to kill babies 24/7 in the cruelest ways imaginable, so today law enforcement officials are in Colorado Springs shooting at someone in a Planned Parenthood butcher shop, so that the killing of children can go on uninterrupted. That is how sick and immoral this society is.
It’s sick and immoral, but the American people don’t know that.
Bit Obama has brought down gas prices (to help save the middle class), so it doesn’t cost anymore to drive further.
I say make these pregnant women drive all damn day, give them plenty of time to think about the life inside them they’re going to snuff out.
Hopefully, some of them will find their conscience, turn around, go home and make plans to either keep the baby, or have it adopted.
One can easily drive an hour around San Antonio; the outer loop is over 100 miles one way. Where is this person going for her butchery?
Personal nature of the procedure? What else would it be? In other words she doesn't want anyone to know that she is about to have her child murdered.
Should read: “Will Have to Drive Longer to Commit First Degree Murder.”
But Planned Parenthood can reply, “Do you really want to make women drive so far for an abortion? Think about all the advantages of clearing out the human garden of weeds, parasites, and inferior breeds. A healthy garden is a happy garden!”
Boo-hoo-hoo.
If it were up to me, all abortionists would be required to provide accurate information about the stage of fetal development, including the fact that the baby feels pain, at least 24 hours before the abortion procedure. They would be required to show clients an accurate, high quality sonogram of the unborn baby—the same sonogram they use to determine gestational age prior to killing the baby. (I’ve read that some abortionists show low quality sonograms that have almost no detail whatsoever, so as to convince clients that the baby really is just a mass of undifferentiated tissue.) They would be required to provide information on long-term emotional and physical effects of abortion and about non violent alternatives. And if the clients choose, after full disclosure, to have the abortion, the abortionists would have to show the dead mutilated baby to the client afterwards.
Planned Parenthood botches abortions and doesn’t want to comply with regulations to help the victims of botched abortions by being close to hospitals with admitting privileges.
These women who need abortions should learn to sleep with both feet in one bucket.
You BARBARIAN! ,, Informed Consent? That’s awful... why should that be required? And don’t dare tell me that it is legally required for every other medical procedure...
P.S. You need to include the Abortion Breast Cancer studies in the disclosures ...
