They wouldn’t be in the military....they’d be in Obama’s Civilian defense force - as well funded, well armed and have the authority and weapons commensurate - with none of the training except their own hatred.
Why doe you think the EPA, HHS, IRS, and all the other civilian agencies are arming their staff?
Blacks and leftists could never win a race war; much of this nonsense is to push outrageous demands to distract from Obama’s primary directive: To preserve the status of blacks as wards of the state, keeping racial preferences and the welfare wealth transfers moving. They’ve moved the goalposts so far left that a return to the status quo (permanently dependent blacks for whom nobody is allowed to have any expectations) will seem sane.
