‘’Ain’t it grand to be alive to see this?’’
Many would consider this a lighter-side statement. For me, it’s serious. When I was diagnosed with cancer in earl 2014, I’m ashamed to say that I never cried once throughout the whole ordeal. When I explored deep inside me, I realized that I didn’t really care. I didn’t want to live in the America that Obama has created. Our old Sunday School chorus, “Heaven Is Better Than This” popped into my head several times a day.
Now with news like this, there is a shadow of hope for America. I’m glad cancer didn’t get me!
I’m glad the cancer didn’t get you.
Congratulations on your win in that fight.
My comment ‘ain’t it great to be alive’ was a lighter side comment.
I find my step is lighter now that there is real hope for the future of the America I grew up in, and the future for my children and grandchildren.
AND, a brighter future for our health care system.
Belated Happy Thanksgiving.
Glad you are still around to see President Trump in a few months!
