Just came across this post and I see you're trotting out the lie that no one came to Kitty Genovese’s side to help her. You backed off that lie a while ago and now I see you're back at it. Kitty died in the arms of a neighbor who went to help her - that in a narrow hallway (in which she didn't know whether the perp was still in it) was pretty damned brave. During Kitty's first attack, neighbors scared off the attacker who returned to the dark, narrow entranceway that was unseen to many. It was on the same street as a raucous bar at around 2am (people had been sound asleep) which is why they didn't respond to her screams - they thought it was drunks fooling around.

I understand you dislike Americans; that does not give you permission to make garbage up. I live in NY - some of the most compassionate people when the chips are down.
