Wednesday on Fox News Channelâs âSpecial Report,â French Ambassador to the United States Gerard Araud defend a tweet he had posted in response to Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump immediately following the terror attacks in Paris earlier this month. Araud described Trump as a âvultureâ for a tweet Trump had made earlier in the year following the January attack on Charlie Hebdo.
Araud acknowledged he deleted the tweet, explaining it was immediately as his home country was reeling from the attacks, but doubled down on the sentiment he originally conveyed, which was using a gun to defend themselves in such a situation is something âonly in the movies.â

Yes, because holding hands, lighting candles and singing “Kumbaya” en Francais will stop the Mohammadans dead in their tracks.

I am actually surprised more French women aren’t lesbians. That said, the same applies to America these days. More Snowflakes with penises than men.
That was my exact feeling when seeing all of our flags being flown at Half-staff for what happened in Paris.
I formulated my feelings for the French when living there as an Army Brat from 64-66. Fontainebleau is where my Dad was stationed and I remember all of the crap the socialists were doing that eventually the Vichy clan had us leave.
I hated them in the general Paris area because of their indifference, arrogance and scorn for Americans but I came to respect the people of Normandie when we traveled occasionally to Dreux and Evreux for the bowling league. One of the most memorable was the one time we went to the shores of Normandie and walked the beach of Omaha.
From what I am told, the good people of Normandie still get it.
