The Turkish military should intervene to save Turkey from her president (and save Ataturk’s legacy, also).

Now that's a constructive suggestion. That's exactly what should happen.

In the past, it would have happened. But, Erdogan has thrown so many of the officer corps in prison, or they’re sitting home waiting to see if they go to trial, that he’s effectively neutered them with his own replacements.
