No, ISIS was no where near the chopper. The FSA’s 1st Coastal Brigade claimed responsibility for shooting down the chopper.

It’s more interesting to see who knows what they’re talking and who doesn’t.
The latest report I saw was that it wasn’t a Russian helicopter that was shot down, but a Russian-made helicopter that belonged to the Syrian military.
