Your approach would have half the country behind bars on Halloween, with some number of Santas on Christmas.
The proper approach would be to require everyone to be able to remove heavy or full body clothing under any circumstance and to allow businesses to ban such clothing.
Nuns would need to be prepared for this, too.
LOL I doubt that. It is very difficult to get residency in Switzerland. We have a friend who has lived in Bern for decades and speaks five languages. He tells us that because he was not born there and even though he is now a citizen, it is difficult to assimilate. He does like it there but it is an expensive place to live.

There comes a time, though when you have to start resorting to the same tactics these barbarians constantly use against us. You have to be resolute in the face of these people that want to use liberals and our laws meant for civilized people against us.
They (and I will say it) are horribly insane but crafty. The smartest of them have figured out our weakness - our laws and founding meant for honest, honorable people living free together. Most of them don’t have the intelligence God gave a slug, but their advantage is their disciples (if you would call them that) follow the mantra to a tee.
