Yes, it is. And those men, British subjects at the time, not only stared down the British Army that was acting as a police force, they aimed their rifles at that police force and they opened fire.
If the Founding Fathers were around today they’d not only be disappointed at how much freedom and liberty we’ve ceded to government they’d be asking us why we weren’t shooting yet.
I’m not saying we need to shoot anyone, but if someone got shot and killed merely for staring at a police officer then I am immediately willing to change my mind.
