The cabbie accused of snubbing famed weatherman Al Roker is a repeat offender having refused service to a potential passenger before.
Mahabur Rahman facing heavy fines after Roker complained on Twitter Saturday night that a taxi left him and his 13 year-old son high and dry in favor of a white fare settled a similar allegation in May for $200, according to the city Taxi & Limousine Commission

Mahabur Rahman....A muzzie versus a very public figure black man. This should be interesting. Maybe Mr Rahman doesn't like The Today Show? Or heard that story about Roker's visit to the White House and was afraid he would soil himself in the taxi.
