Russia will do nothing. They’re not strong enough.
I know you’re called Spetznaz so presumably you know what you’re talking, but while Russia can’t probably manage a full out tilt with Turkey, I suspect they can and now WILL establish air supremacy over Syria. And looking for any Turkish violators they can find for karma. Remember all those people wondering why the Russians were moving the SA-300 batteries into Syria at the beginning...
Now we wait for the Russian responce—it may take a few days but it will come. Turkomen Syrians at war with Assad may well feel the pinch. Russia may well have a wee bit of surprise set for Obama as well as Turkey. Thanksgiving and Black friday may well see some reaction. Russia has a long reach and friends in many places—like China, Cuba, etc...
