Trump previously cited a Washington Post article from the week after the attacks as proof of his claim, but the author of the article has since come out to oppose the use of his story as supporting evidence.

That journalist was either lying in his original article or is a total sick puppy. Probably the latter. I’m sorry but Trump is entitled - as all of us are - to quote from newspapers. The media is as bad at the college morons talking about safe spaces.
