Trump campaign manager: Media suppressing proof of 9/11 claim

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign on Tuesday continued to double down on the real estate mogul’s controversial claim that he saw “thousands and thousands” of Muslim-Americans cheering in New Jersey following the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

"For the mainstream media to go out and say that this didn’t happen is just factually inaccurate,” Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski told Breitbart News.

I probably have it on a VCR tape somewhere, but I recall the newscaster in the studio saying “The xxx (north or south) tower has collapsed, it has been reported that the entire xxx tower has collapsed.”

Then, about 15 seconds later it shows the “live” shot and the newscaster says “Okay, well - there are the two towers, so obviously that report was not true.”

And then shortly after (a few minutes? 10 minutes?), the tower DOES collapse.

I always wondered about that. Either a VERY long video delay (minutes, not seconds), or perhaps the on-the-ground reporting was mistaken. Perhaps the were told to evacuate “in case the tower collapsed”.

At the time I first heard Trump and Carson’s claim, I immediately went to Google and found the Washington Post article within seconds. This proves to me that there is an anti conservative conspiracy in the GOPe and the media. The Democrats do similar trashing and character assassination as a matter of course.

I also remember that.

Helicopters were hovering around both towers as they burned. I believe the upper floors of one of the towers began to sag some minutes before it actually came down.

I recall one of the helicopters saying something like “FYI the South Tower is beginning to collapse.” He said it with an unforgettable tone in his voice. Not detached like first responders are trained to be.

I remember seeing the NJ report once AND the Palestinians celebrating twice. After that MSM was worried silly that Mosque burning would start and we had liberal women escorting Muslim women to Mosques to make sure they were safe.

That's how I remember it.

I watched Gwen Iffle on PBS news last night say that it was said by Trump and that people said not substatiated without saying that it WAS substantiated.

They are hateful on our tax money.

The immediate Saturday after, on the 15th... Rita Cosby played a video from 2000 featuring the imam invited to speak at the memorial a day earlier. Hr was in the street chanting “death to America.” I knew it was the beginning of the end of the united states, and W was not the man we needed. I never saw it again.

I swear I remember seeing news reports of muslims cheering. I know they were overseas but I believe there were several reports of them cheering here. One was in Dearborn, Mi.

A few dozen in Dearborn I'd believe. "Thousands and thousands" in New Jersey? Didn't happen.

That’s not surprising. The media hacks along with the fascist goons at Google are constantly scrubbing articles and videos that reflect badly on their Marxist masters or offer encouragment for resistance. Lewandowski states that the campaign has supplied with media with the names of specific stations who covered the muslim celebrations. This makes me suspect that Trump has possiblly dispatched an aide to obtain a video of the events.

This would make a great Instragram video and ad showing how the media and some opponents (like Jeb) have lied about Trump.

Such would be devastating for the media and Jeb.

Trump has connections with technical people in media. One of the groups who wanted to create a PAC Was made up of the behind the scene people of Hollywood. They love him Cameramen, producers, etc people who have worked with him in various project.

A report that police questioned “a number of people who were allegedly seen celebrating the attacks” does not support Trump’s claim that he saw with his own eyes “thousands and thousands” of Muslims celebrating.
