After hearing the booing and chanting of allahu ahkbar at the soccer game in Turkey, this doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

The same people that sided with the rape of Libya, since it was a NATO op. They support Obama, Hillary, the Muslim brotherhood, ISIS, etc.

Precisely where your argument takes a hike. Some conservatives don't like Putin. Deal with it. Stop projecting your Obama, Hillary, Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS, etc. fantasies upon them.

The Third World War just started.... I wonder if our stupid President will have the courage to admit it?

Painfully aware of that last. My neighbor did some of the engineering for the production line.

I don’t see what Russiana gain by starting World War 3. Putin can’t be that secure of his military. I don’t give a damn about Turkey but I know what you are saying. But I’ll be damned if American soldiers are going to die to protect turkey the Caliphate and Isis. let’s not forget Turkey and gave a lot of money towards that hundred million dollar piece of garbage mosque in Maryland. the most ironic thing is we signed a nuclear deal treaty with a country that we will be going to war with soon

What a mess.
Turkey is a NATO member so we are sworn to protect them, yet they hate the Kurds who are one of the best bets we have in the region against ISIS.
I would not be surprised if whomever shot down the Russian air crafts (if they knew what they were shooting at), would be more than happy turning this into a Russia vs. NATO fight.

And they had massive logistics help from the USA. If you’ve never seen the detailed list of what we sent, it is staggering.

And what should our reply be if Putin launches such a missile through our air space?

Perhaps we can be bound to the treaty the way our government is bound by our immigration laws?

What are you talking about?

They’re at war, like real war. Not fake war.

Haven’t you noticed all the little news blurbs about our special forces, special special forces, Missile tests, new warships, new cruise missiles that generally try and portrait the Obama administration as competent and on the ball?

It’s a PR campaign. Which means expect some Russian criticism and highly published and therefor perceived setbacks.

As long as NATO chickens out as it should, I am okay with a Turkey/Russia war.

They're not at war with Turkey.

And I think it is pretty much understood by now that the Russian jet had, in fact, violated Turkey's airspace.

When Putin makes the world largest glass parking lot will Obama shrug and say this was not a big deal"? He'll probably call it a "setback".

I fully expect that when WW III breaks out, in part due to his own fecklessness and treachery, Obama will claim that "it is contained"...

Well this won't play well.

Why, what will Russia do? Start bombing more? Wait, I thought we have already seen "Russia's unrelenting might" and their "breathtaking military hardware and new technology" yet here we still are. I cannot believe the adulation Russia brings. Sure, we are all glad they joined the fight against the terrorists, but let us get real for a second. We have been flying thousands of sorties for well over a decade and bombing just about the whole time, and yet the Islamic State is a dug in and entrenched thorn in the world's side. Unless everyone is talking about a massive ground invasion, Russia, the United States, France and whoever will be "bombing and backing their pet rebels" until the cows come home.

Well, Russia may not be my ally, but I’m on Russia’s side against the jihadists in Washington.
