President Bush built his own Coalition of The Willing outside of the UN.

You have no clue. Desert Storm and the Iraq war both had UN authorization. Remember Colin Powell giving the presentation?

The coalition of the willing was whoever wanted to join in under that umbrella. Furthermore, Both Bush wars had US Congress authorization.

You are letting your hate for everything Russian cloud your judgment. It is not good that Obama overthrew Egypt, attacked Libya, and is now waging war in Syria with no approval at all.
He is literally a dictator at this point, his word becoming law to launch wars. It is new ground for any US president.

Boy are you a Putinista KGB loving moron.

In November 2002, U.S. President George W. Bush, visiting Europe for a NATO summit, declared that "should Iraqi President Saddam Hussein choose not to disarm, the United States will lead a coalition of the willing to disarm him."

Well, I can't type in Cyrillic, don't know how. But I do know I also missed Putin's "legal" authorization to invade Ukraine, and Georgia, et al.

I don’t dislike the Russians, either. It’s not their fault they live in one of the greatest mafia-states known to mankind.

He is following the liberal lie that either Bush simply gathered a bunch of friendly nations together and launched an “illegal” war.

In fact, Bush I and Bush II got UN authorizations. And also the required congressional authorizations.

Obama got none of these for Libya or Syria. There was one a few years in Syria that was conditional only upon any chemical attack. That is when Assad surrendered all the chem stockpile.
Obama just does what he wants, and his shills here cheerlead for him.

I'll try to spell this out for you as clearly as I can: sometimes countries get invitations, and sometimes they don't. Russia and the United States are absolutely no different in this regard.

And you are an ignorant Polock.

Look up UN resolution 1441. This is what made the coalition of the willing legal.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441 is a United Nations Security Council resolution adopted unanimously by the United Nations Security Council on 8 November 2002, offering Iraq under Saddam Hussein “a final opportunity to comply with its disarmament obligations” that had been set out in several previous resolutions (Resolution 660, Resolution 661, Resolution 678, Resolution 686, Resolution 687, Resolution 688, Resolution 707, Resolution 715, Resolution 986, and Resolution 1284).

I would be satisfied if the US Congress could be involved. The constitution only mandates it.
