An elderly couple turned the tables on a career criminal who tried to rob them at their Albuquerque home, holding him at gunpoint until police arrived.
Police said the couple caught Aaron Lujan loading their belongings into an SUV that was parked across the street from their home.
When Lujan didn't listen to their demands to stop, they retrieved their weapons and drew them on him while neighbors called the police.
Police video shows the moments officers arrived on the scene and made the arrest.

Suspects were Heisenberg and Jesse Pinkman?
Guy looks like he could be related to Nicholas Cage.
Tsk tsk, that pesky 2nd Amendment
What’s he have there, a machete? Katana?
He also seemed to have a gun.
Too bad I still don’t really see what the “elderly” were doing! Lots of guns pointing, apparently.
Nicely done.
Seems like the bad guys would be getting the message that tens of thousands of Americans are arming themselves for the first time and that it’s becoming highly risky to try to take their stuff.
But then, criminals aren’t very smart anyway, and I doubt they don’t stay up on the news - so I guess that won’t ever happen.........
Just think -
If this had happened in a place like NY City, Washington, DC or New Jersey the elderly couple would have been arrested for felonies related to gun possession and thrown in the slammer.
Lujan the burgler would have likely come away with lighter charges than the homeowners.
The petty criminal bad guys are mostly drug-addled.
Easy targets for the ‘elderly’.
;-)
It’s not a fair fight!
lol
