New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has announced as part of his "See Something, Send Something" campaign a new mobile app that allows New Yorkers to alert authorities of potential threats.
The "See Something, Send Something" app allows anyone with a smart phone to report suspicious activity directly to the New York State Intelligence Center in the form of photos or written notes, according to a press release.
The press release reminds users to only report âsuspicious behavior and situations (e.g., an unattended backpack or briefcase in a public place) rather than beliefs, thoughts, ideas, expressions, associations, or speech unrelated to terrorism or other criminal activity.â

Cuomo has announced as part of his "See Something, Send Something" campaign a new mobile app that allows New Yorkers to alert authorities of potential threats. Drug dealer # one: use the app for drug dealer # two
Drug dealer #3: use the app for drug dealer #1
Jealous boyfriends, jilted lovers, debt collection, etc...
This should be fun.

“New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announces ‘See Something, Send Something’ app to combat terrorism”
And then Cuomo and Obama will have their Attorneys General file racial discrimination charges against anyone who reports someone doing something suspicious.
Then the person acting suspicious will file a lawsuit seeking a multi-million dollar settlement.

I don't own a smart phone, so Andy, how about I come to the Governor's New York State Taxpayers' Mansion, and I can report it to you personally.
