I would say that this is not exactly correct. Cruz made a few STRATEGIC MISTAKES.

If Rush said that, it is flat out wrong and very disappointing. The biggest difference is that Cruz is owned by CoC and CFG as his TPA and corker bill votes proved. Trump is not owned by anyone.
