Re: 47

The Bible is one Book.
The passage I quoted from Genesis, was God's command to Noah. Noah represented the entire world.

You could say that the God's Law at Mt. Sinai (or Horeb) was just to Israel, but the Ten Commandments are still in place. They have never been abrogated. I will grant that the subsequent 600-odd laws, were specifically given to the Israelites, to set them apart from the World as a special people. Dietary laws, clothing, death penalties for: buggery, insulting one's parents, Sabbath breaking, etc (all sins by the way ... just a bit extreme on the punishment side).

But the Ten Commandments (the 'Moral Law') was never set aside.
In fact, our Lord Jesus Christ expanded their scope during His Sermon on the Mount (Matthew chapters 5-7). Hating without a cause being equivalent to murder in the eyes of God; lusting after women not your wives being equivalent to adultery; etc. Basically the standards become so high that we realize that we are all hopeless sinners in the eyes of God - and we should not ever deceive ourselves into thinking that we can ever be 'clean'. Not on our own. Someone has to be clean for us, to take away our filthy garments, and to give us spotless robes of Righteousness. Thank God we have such a person -- our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now I know your primary theme, and concern, is how should Christians respond to the Muslim threat?
God's laws apply. Yes, we are to love our enemies, but a great part of that love is to bring them the Gospel (it alone can save). At the same time, we are not to intentionally bring in poison, or murderers, into our household. If we did such, we become accomplices to the subsequent murder. I understand good Christians can differ on that point. An argument about bringing in Muslims into the Country is that you now have a better opportunity to witness to them. Although this point may be true, I happen to disagree with intentionally bringing danger into your home. I think this is more akin to negligent homicide (which, by the way, was covered in one of the special laws to the Israelites. I think this one also merited the death penalty).

Of course we are supposed to have God-fearing Governments and Leaders in place who will oppose evil (Romans 13), but unfortunately that is not the case at the present time.

'Thou shalt not kill (murder)' means that one should do what they can to stop those who would murder.

The real horror is what Trump tweeted yesterday about crime statistics, at least according to the media.

Your interpretation of that scripture is beyond obtuse.

If you think for a minute that Christ is telling you to stand down while your wife or daughter are being raped and murdered then you are sadly mistaken.

I’ll bet the sister in the picture was probably the straw purchaser who bought the gun for her thug brother. I am trying to emphasize this because I have been learning about this practice called straw purchasing which uses people who do not have criminal records to purchase guns for felons. This is a really simple loophole that criminals use to get their hands on weapons.

Why do these punks keep showing up with guns? There are already sensible laws on the books forbidding the sale of weapons to felons. When a straw purchaser buys a gun for a felon they are often get away with it because of a liberal judge who gives the gun buyer a slap on the wrist. This happened recently in Georgia where black judge U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross let a girlfriend of a murderer off with a suspended sentence after she purchased a gun for her thug boyfriend that he later used to kill a police officer.

Guns that are easily purchased by girlfriends, sisters or friends of felons are used in many of the murders that happen not just to gangsters fighting with each other but also in the murders of innocent law abiding people like Amanda Blackburn.

I hope the people of Indianapolis wake up and start doing their duty as citizens. It appears that the political leadership is weak and everyone is afraid of being called a racist.

Investigate what is going on in your courts because that is where the rot is—liberal judges. How about the public housing that often attracts the criminal element? You pay the taxes you should have a right to a more safe city.

I was watching a true crime program on television. It was about a young woman who was raped and strangled in New York City. She was trying to become an actress and was tricked into going to an apartment of a man who said that he had an acting role for her.

The police did their investigations and quickly found the killer who had been recently released from jail. He had served 5 1/2 years for guess what? Raping and strangling an other woman.

The judge took a premeditated murder and plead it down to manslaughter! The manslaughter conviction was for a 10 to 15 year sentence. The judge plead it down to 7 1/2.

After the killer was in jail for 5 1/2 years the probation people thought he had had enough and let him out.

This was spitting on the murder victim’s grave and causing the second woman to suffer the same fate as the first victim.

This happened in New York City, I don’t know the judge’s name or if he was a liberal but what do you think?

I think all Leftist positions ultimately lead to the rape and murder of white women. ALL OF THEM.

It would have made the perfect Nancy Grace episode if the husband had committed the murder. This story and trial would have gone on for months. But since the killers don’t fit the CNN narrative we will never hear about it.

Trayvon Martin’s death got a year of coverage...Amanda Blackburn’s murder—just a one day story.
