Rove is reacting to the news that the GOP upper echelon of the state of Maryland, that he thought he had in his pocket, have voted Cruz and Trump above all of his precious darlings.
This says that his reign is over.
Yes, that is major butt hurt for Karl.
.
I really want Roves fat jowled head on a pike, figuratively of course.
Liar, site one instance of Trump acquiring private property via eminent domain.
It is as obvious as the nose on Jimmy Durante's face that Trump has perverted and twisted ideas indeed as to private property rights and justification of using eminent domain for "public use."
That leads me to suspect that a good part of his business "success" has come from relying on government to step in and help him. Sounds like the behavior of a democrat and a liberal, to me.
For example, one of the ways he looks to government/tax payers to aid his bottom line through government "assistance" to poor casino owners, in a tax break proposal supported by two unions as well as Trump.
All those vaunted "accomplishments" of Trump's that he has promoted via his celebrity image as being so fantastic and brilliant ... may be very different from what is projected via Trump's carefully cultivated brand image -- ten years at least in the making on TV and through media marketing campaigns so successful that many actually believe that they've only heard of Trump because of his business accomplishments when the FACT IS that they've only heard of Trump because of his very savvy use of self-promotion and pop media.
Admittedly I owe you thanks for educating me as to the truth that Trump has never actually succeeded in using eminent domain for his own profit, though he has certainly tried. Thanks for also prompting me to find where he has attempted to get tax breaks for casinos to profit his own companies (and shareholders, of course). Trump is very, very far from "conservative." He is a genuinely, admirably patriotic celebrity showman and political moderate who has convinced many that he is a "conservative" and to overrate his abilities.
Truth exists whether one likes what is true or not. The above links point to those truths.
